Cancellation Policy

We understand that circumstances may change, and you might need to cancel an order for men’s or women’s accessories. The guidelines below explain the cancellation process.

Cancellation Before Shipment

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement or before dispatch, whichever happens first
  • Cancellation requests should be sent to our customer support team via email
  • Approved cancellations will receive a full refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days

Orders Already Dispatched

  • Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible
  • After delivery, items may be returned following our Return & Refund Policy

Modifying an Order

  • Changes to products or delivery addresses are not allowed once an order is placed
  • To make modifications, the existing order must be cancelled (if eligible) and a new order placed
